Adirondack Plus Return Policy
Returns: You must notify us that you will be returning an item within 5 days of receiving the item. We will refund you a full store credit once we have the merchandise less shipping and handling. We will refund your money less 20% restocking fees and less shipping and handling. All returns must be in the same condition that they left our store in. Any damages will be deducted from the return amount.
Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed it can be canceled by calling 800-618-7522 If you cancel within 3 days you will receive a full refund provided it hasn't been shipped out. Once an order has been placed and shipped it then becomes a return. If you cancel an order after 3 days you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Any special orders (which consist of items not normally stocked) will have to have a non-refundable deposit of 35%. Most of the items on our website are not considered special items.
Shipping Damages: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. Check all deliveries upon arrival to be sure that they arrived in working order. Once the shipment has been accepted all responsibility falls upon the purchaser. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to refuse any damaged items and place a claim with the shipper for the amount of purchase. We package the items in order to prevent damage during the shipping process.
